Important shipping update

Shipping companies across the nation are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols, labor shortages and high package volume.

What to expect:

  • It is currently taking 2-4 business days for us to prepare orders for shipment.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
  • After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands. They are working as quickly and diligently as possible to get your order to you even if your tracking may not reflect that the shipper has received your package.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the first scan to occur and for tracking information to update. We are also seeing many deliveries occur without stopping for a tracking scan, a measure that USPS and FedEx utilize to process your delivery faster.

  • Free Standard Shipping on Retail Orders Over $35 in the US.
  • Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
  • Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
    • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  • We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
  • Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures) for tracking information to update.
Subscription Order Shipping:
  • Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is currently only available for subscription orders set to ship within 72 hours of one another. A maximum of two orders will be combined, and only if using the same shipping address and payment record. The order with the later ship date will be merged with the order with the nearer ship date.
