REFUND

    Online purchases can be returned anytime during the first 30 days. 
    RETURNS
    If you are interested in returning your initial purchase, please review our terms and conditions  to ensure you qualify. You must contact Customer Care via support@sciencegenics.com to get issued an RMA number.  That number should be written on the outside of the box. Make sure to send the product back with a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for your lost package. 
    Please be advised the long term effects of our products do not always appear evident until the 6th week of usage.  We highly advise you keep using the vision supplement until at least the 6th week before making your final decision or until the product is completely empty.

    CANCELING ORDERS 
    If you experience any delays in the delivery of your product, you may contact our Customer Care department at via support@sciencegenics.com or visit us online.
    If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason and wish to cancel, simply contact our Customer Care department via support@sciencegenics.com.
     DAMAGED GOODS

    We take every precaution to ensure that your shipment arrives intact and in pristine condition.  However, on rare occasions, damage to a product can occur during transit.  In the event your shipment arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@sciencegenics.com, provide your order number, name and email address along with details of the damage (date received, extent of damage).  Please be sure to include a photo or two of the damaged products that you received, as proof of damage is required in order for us to process your claim.  We will then reply to you by email or phone with details of any replacement product(s) to be shipped to you.
